Venge Illusion dies before hero respawning if you have bought back

If you buy back it adds 25seconds to your next respawn, but with Venge aghs you get an illusion that is meant to last until you respawn, however, if you have bought back then on your next death the illusion will disappear 25seconds before you respawn, is this intentional or a bug?
