Hello everyone.
I'm trying to get back into MOBA (tried LoL first, now I'm more interested in Dota 2), but playing public games is becoming very hard for me, since my anxiety is really ruining my enjoyment.
I'm pretty bad at this kind of games (for now), and I always feel like I'm ruining everyone's time with my bad performances.
How do you manage something like anxiety when playing Dota (or any other game, for what matters)?
