Sometimes I feel bad having to give a guilty verdict on Overwatch when it's clear they were pushed to a breaking point by the people on their team.

So this Overwatch case was for feeding, which it starts off strange because the reported player got First Blood. The reported player was playing TA they queued Mid Lane, and they are in mid and OK...what's the problem? Here comes Pudge Alchemist and Earthshaker, who I assume to be friends. Pudge hooks the mid back, Earthshaker drops a fissure to block them from getting back, and Alch last hits lane creeps. Well, the Mid responds by simply going to the now empty lane and opens up the scoreboard to report them and likely thinking, "OK, move on, they can have mid and let's just play." But Pudge and ES follow them to their lane now and continue with the same antics, hook and block them. ES eventually leaves them alone, but Pudge just continues to follow TA around and hooking them. At this point TA opens up the scoreboard to mute them and continues to report Pudge each time they hook them. This goes on for 15 minutes, and now TA is in lane, getting attacked by PA. TA manages to lose them in the trees, barely alive. Pudge however, hooks the PA close enough to TA to be able to dagger and blink on them and kill them.

This was the breaking point for TA who buys back and just starts walking down mid for the remainder of the footage. During this time, Pudge went to the other player who had been left alone, and proceeded to start hooking them constantly, and shortly after that, they began following TA in walking down mid.

They were initially in the correct lane, the first report comes from getting First Blood, not feeding it, and they are harassed non stop in the game until they do start feeding to be reported. I feel bad for them, I understand the frustration, but I wish in Overwatch I could also flag other players actions.
