I'm an Admin for a large TO and have worked several Minors and Majors on the DPC over the last few years, AMA about the role/experience of being an Admin in Dota 2!

As an admin I've worked events across multiple continents and had the opportunity to work with all of the major teams/players. Proof has been provided to the /r/dota2 mod team; I won't be naming the specific TO that I work with for privacy reasons.
