Ceremonial robe is criminally underrated

I like using it whenever I play pos 4 or 3.

Basically it negates 40% of sange's status resist, reduces 40% of old veil magic reduction, and offers most of arcane boot's mana.

I don't see anyone picking it up, maybe even so rarely on pudge players, but that's it.

What you guys think?
