Can we get an icon similar to the mute icon that we can select when we enjoy playing with a particular player?

When you see pre-muted players you automatically assume the worst about either their play style or behavior. What I would really like is a sort of flag that I can associate with other friendly or fun players in my bracket. I don’t want to go around friending everyone but it would be nice to have an icon that lets me recognize I’ve had fun games with some team mates or even enemies in my game.
