Team D, the team that eliminated the Midone+Mushi stack from DPC season 2 SEA Open Qualifiers, has been disqualified by Valve

According to Ponlo, Vtfaded has also been banned from playing in the DPC until after TI 10.

Things are still quite unclear. However, it seems that Vtfaded played as carry for Team D against SMG using a smurf account, while being registered with another team. Team SMG (Midone+Mushi) are therefore still in the open qualifiers.
