Got stuck in "confirming match" loop bug and get punished for leaving?

So yeah, got stuck in a perma loop where it says "confirming match" but nothing happened and the timer just resets again as "confirming match"

So...I got punished and have to wait 5 minutes than (when I tried again) 15 minutes because of it...

Anyone else experienced this bug recently?
