Whenever someone abandon a game and it becomes safe to leave, the remaining 9 players should get priority in the following match making

Similar to when only 9/10 players accepted the game and those 9 automatically gets back to matchmaking with a higher priority.

Abandoning and game being “safe to leave” is still uncommon, but has recently went up for some reason. There will be someone who AFK, didn’t pick hero and eventually the game was announced safe to leave.

It becomes annoying sometimes because we spent 13 mins queueing for a game (i know its not as long as some of you might have experienced), another 5 mins during the game until it is announced safe to leave, then another 13 mins to queue for a new game - which is 30 mins in total for an actual game.
