There should be a way to get a 5 stack quick in this game, you improve much faster in this game playing as a team and especially now that Valve is forcing party queue this should be a thing.
Could work like this, you can either build a team (as captain) or apply as a player and just wait for someone to invite you to their team.
When you apply (as player) you choose the role you want to play as in the team, and when someone searches for players the team builder will display your MMR, chosen role, top 3 most played heroes, etc.
If you choose to build a team (captain) you also pick a role you want to play as, and then you can search for players in your region, search for which roles you need for your team, player MMR range, etc.
This would be much better for building teams than going on some random Discord or looking around on reddit.
